We are currently seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for our Franklin, Indiana distribution center.  The ideal candidate will have 3 or more year’s supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution center. The candidate should have plumbing or electrical experience, have knowledge of DOT regulations and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  The Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the designing of all truckloads to take maximum effective use of vehicle space while maintaining legal state and local weight limits.  He/she will Issue written and oral instructions to both truckers and warehouse workers to meet the needs of our customers and the goals of our company.  The candidate will also be responsible to Interview, hire, train and manage up to 20 employees.  Class "A" license preferred.
