National distributor is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the team at our Versailles Kentucky location.Â Successful candidate will be a results driven professional with hands - on management style.Â The selected candidate will lead through example, be confident in interaction with all levels of employees and management, and exhibit strong leadership qualities.Â

The Manager will lead all activities involved in outbound, inbound, and transfer of materials.Â Â

Train, schedule, and monitor the activities of up to 12 warehouse personnel including truck drivers.Â

Make recommendations and implement systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the operation.

Acknowledge and support the priority of customer satisfaction in the way we do business.

Interact daily with sales personnel, customers and remote management to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of warehouse supervision or related field.Â Prior experience and demonstrated success with increasing efficiency in an operation is highly desired.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarization with WMS software required.Â SAP knowledge a plus.Â
