YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As a leader of our iSeries development team, you would have full life cycle responsibility for the development of custom software applications such as Sales Order Processing, Inventory Management, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing and Sales Analysis. You would also have significant and ongoing interaction with internal clients and be able to work directly with them to provide solutions to their business needs.

 

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Successful candidates should have:4 year degree in Computer Science or similar field; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degreeStrong experience (8+ years) in the development of custom software applications in the iSeries (AS/400) environment utilizing RPG III/IV (ILE)Significant experience in the distribution industryAbility to manage multiple projects from beginning to endGood problem solving skillsGood oral and written communications skills Ability to create and evaluate functional and technical designsExperience in assigning/directing the work of other application developersPrior success in mentoring and coaching
