Seeking An Inside Sales Representative I To Join OUR Team!

Graybar will give you the training and experience you need and provide you with a career path that only an employee-owned company can offer! In this high profile position you will: Â· Progressively manage and maintain contacts with established customers and source new business through prospecting new customers via telephone or other electronic device(s) for the purpose of selling Graybar products. Â· Promote and sell Graybar products in compliance with all company pricing policies and instructions, to achieve maximum gross margin rate. Â· Handle customer complaints promptly, effectively and report potential claims.  Â· Keep management informed of local competition and market conditions. Â· Carry out sales and merchandise programs as directed and recommend new items for stock. Â· Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings as requested.   Â· Perform other duties as assigned. SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Education:  Bachelors degree preferred.Experience:A minimum of one year of experience in the telecommunications  industry is preferred.Knowledge:Broad knowledge of product line and pricing.  Proven ability to learn our business and to work independently to achieve goals.  Negotiation skills along with ability to sell and be persuasive.  Broad knowledge of business administration, sales, and marketing.  Professional appearance and demeanor.   Graybar is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
