School Brand Marketing Specialist

If this describes you, we would love to talk to you about a great position at LT Apparel,  
a children’s clothing company located in mid-town Manhattan. This hands-on position is responsible for the management of all reporting functions for multi-channel school marketing programs. The primary responsibility will be to utilize various marketing databases and IT systems to facilitate customer and prospect identification, identify potential markets and support of direct mail, and customer marketing via database analysis. In addition, you would work very closely with the school marketing team in community outreach, market research, sales and retailer support, communication, trade shows and road events for our French Toast brand.

 

Database Requirements:· Deep and precise understand of how to create, manipulate and manage a database· Knowledge of layering and merging outside data· In depth knowledge of the technical aspects of managing a database; work with IT on mechanics· Understanding of marketing needs and how to structure dbase to be able to run reports· Knowledge of demographics/customer segmentation· Knowledge of market research techniques· Ability to run reports both on site and remotely if necessary· Outside call center management 

Marketing Requirements:· Act as Lollytogs’ in-house “School Uniform Expert� · Maintain and update the school database and coordinate telemarketing projects.· Strengthen retailer programs by studying, analyzing and forecasting school uniform trends through “grass roots� and traditional marketing research · Work with marketing team to develop French Toast marketing campaigns to PTA presidents, teachers, principals, and school administrators· Organize and attend trade educational shows (NSBA; NAESP; NPTA; AASA, etc.) · Maintain connection with the current education movements and concerns· Maintain contact with schools needing assistance in the process of implementing uniform programs· Educate parents, teachers, principals, school boards, & superintendents about the benefits of
school uniforms  Regularly update key school staff, sales team and retailers on school uniform activity
