Sales Support Assistant

 

Virginia Tile Company is a privately owned, leading wholesale distributor of high-end residential and commercial ceramic tile, marble and granite flooring.  We have 9 locations in Michigan, Illinois and Ohio.

 

Virginia Tile Company is currently looking for a highly motivated and career oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support Assistant in our Farmington Hills branch in Michigan.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  typing, placing, and tracking orders for boards, displays, and literature; complete daily filings of orders, and other assigned documents; and develop and complete various assigned projects.

 

Must have 2 to 3 years administrative support experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; great organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize; ability to operate office equipment, and type 50 w.p.m.; proficient in MS Office and AS400; strong focus on customer service and satisfaction; great attitude and the desire to learn and grow.  Associates degree in a business related field preferred.
