A major international trading company has an immediate opening for SALES SUPPORT.
Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:2 or more years of sales and administrative support experience in the import/export, logistics, or transportation industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good customer service and interpersonal skills.Computer literate with Microsoft Office.SAP knowledge is highly preferred.High mathematical aptitude.Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:Create and process sales documentations.Support audit of transactions. Communicate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, banks and transportation to execute transactions.Maintain information on sales, accounts, and inventories.Perform administrative duties.
