RMA Specialist

ORS Nasco is looking for an energetic individual for an exciting and fast paced position that will be working in our RMA Department, which is an essential part of our Customer Care.  This individual will be dealing directly with the customer by interacting with the customer and creating a positive impression for the company, promptly handling all return requests submitted by CCAs and the customers, working with departments outside of Customer Care to resolve the requests in a timely fashion, resolving problems and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction in all activities, and working in partnership with other teams within the company to ensure the customer receives outstanding service from the entire process.

 

In addition, the successful candidate must have a minimum of three years customer service/call center experience, understand and able to demonstrate a seasoned degree of customer service interaction experiences, including rapport establishment, product knowledge tools, research, problem solving and/or solution implementation, have verifiable PC proficiency, including word processing, web browser, e-mail and Trend skills, substantiated ten key calculator skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, professional demeanor and a minimum of a high school diploma, or GED equivalent.
