Quality Control Technician
Music Quality Control SpecialistM&M Merchandisers Inc., a 32 year Fort Worth, Texas based importer / wholesale distributor has an immediate opening for quality control inspector / repairman for our musical instrument division. With heavy emphasis stringed instruments, this position will be responsible for, but not limited to, batch quality control checking incoming shipments, customer repairs, communicating with factories in effort to improve quality of goods and aiding in new product development. A strong working knowledge of guitar & related instrument repair a necessity. The right candidate must have a minimum of 3 years technical experience in repairing musical instruments, strong customer service skills, self motivated, experience using Microsoft Excel. Being a practicing musician would be a plus. We offer a competitive salary, health benefits, 401K program, paid vacation and employee purchase program.
