Evolution Inc. “The Salon Source� is an established Florida based distributor in the beauty industry. We are looking to expand in our Daytona Beach market by placing a sales professional to cold call and call on our existing customers.

Skills/Qualifications:

Strong business to business sales experience.
Self-discipline and the ability to work in an entrepreneurial setting are a requisite.
A single-minded focus on performing quality work and a high degree of personal integrity are paramount.

A strong sense of time management and organizational skills are a must.

Duties:

Outside sales calling

Strong Cold Calling, networking and business development skills

Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services, developing new programs such as contests and promotions

Utilize own laptop to input orders research clients activity and maintain records

Close sales, overcoming objections, offering solutions, preparing orders by fax and or computer

Good communication skills with customers and management

Demonstrate excellent follow up skills for all areas of sales cycle

The ability to manage a territory and consistently meet aggressive deadlines

Make compelling and motivating presentations to a target audience using visual aids and other media by studying product guides and industry information.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion and partnering skills

Strong customer focus – promoting customer satisfaction, resolution and loyalty

Practice of goal setting, time management and organizational skills are a must

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements

Work from a home office (self-motivation to work autonomously, with limited supervision)

Relationship building must come natural

Qualified candidates will be able to work within a fast paced, ever-changing, and challenging environment

Prospect business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the market researching and analyzing sales options.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices

Good driving record and reliable transportation required

Training:

 

Full paid training provided. You will have an intense one week classroom style training in Orlando. Once you return you will have once monthly meetings in Orlando and occasionally management and educators ride with you in your vehicle for support. You will be responsible to further train yourself and keep yourself motivated. Evolution will supply you with all training and support materials.

 

Needs:

Reliable transportation, fax machine, cell phone, laptop computer w/ wireless capabilities, Windows, XP or Vista  and Office XP or Office 07.
