Order Processing Coordinator
Privately owned distributor of factory automation products and manufacturer's representative of heating products has an immediate opening for a highly motivated individual to join our staff as an Order Processing Coordinator.
This position must possess the following qualifications & abilities:Associates degree or equivalent 2 + years of experience in order entry and sales support preferred
Must be computer literate and proficient in Excel, Word, and website order entry
Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills needed to deal effectively with customers, suppliers and staff
Possess initiative and ability to problem solve
Professional attitude and appearanceBe dependable and reliable with good follow-up skills
Be extremely detail oriented and have a solid work ethic
Good time management skills and ability to work independently and as a team
The primary duties of the position include:Data entry of new sales orders and change orders and cost verification
Prepare and issue purchase orders and enter on vendor websitesProcess and expedite orders in a timely and accurate mannerCommunicate backlog information internally and to customers & outside sales Handle RMA requests both from customers and to vendors
New account set up: initiate process with Accounting to establish new account relationships Maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliersProvide administrative support and various duties as requested by department
