POSITION PROFILE: -This position will support field operations by providing guidance on issues to the Market Technical Specialist. -Will work with a cross-functional team environment with ISD, Legal, Store Operations, Automotive Buyers, Equipment Maintenance, Suppliers, and other Divisions to develop solution based programs. -Position will assist with development, monitoring, and reviews of strategic plans to ensure Divisional goals and objectives are met. -Position will manage multiple projects simultaneously and must be able to lead a project and meet time lines. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: -3 years Management experience -Knowledge of TLE Operations ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: -TLE Experience -Compliance responsibility and experience -Experience with Fact,Retail Link, Excel, Power Point, Word, Project, and Document Direct.
