Operations Coordinator

 

TVC Communications, L.L.C., a distributor of cable television equipment and supplies, is seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to work in our Miami, FL office.

 

 

Essential Job Functions:Applies and interprets policies and procedures related to operations.  Recommends improvements in methods and procedures.Provides administrative and logistical support to operations, sales and finance personnel.Prepares statistical data and other reports for management.Coordinates the billing of drop shipped goods, intangible items and services for customers.  Performs invoice credits and rebills timely.Updates the test, evaluation and returned items database.  Coordinates product returns with sales personnel and reconciles outstanding issues.Performs general ledger and account payable analysis.  Assist with accounting issues.Provides support to operations related project teams and committees.

 

Minimum Job Requirements:Associate’s degree in business or related discipline and over one year of related experience. Exhibits ability to prioritize multiple work assignments and meet required deadlines while producing quality results.Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail.Exhibits organizational skills and the ability to carry out assignments with minimal supervision.Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.Demonstrates ability to read, write, and speak English/Spanish fluently.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
