A well known Japanese Freight Forwarding Company is seeking a candidate who has experience as Network/ System Administrator for their MIS department.
Location: Torrance, CA
Direct Hire or Temp to Hire (1-2month temp period)
Salary: $45K - $55K (DOE)
Title: System Administrator
Position: Network and Hardware Administrator
Essential Job Functions:Assemble and configure network components and associated services.Set up and maintain basic network operations, including assembly of network hardware, and provides assistance to the network administrator.Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems. Upgrade network hardware and software components as required.Install, upgrade and configure network printing, directory structures, rights, security, software and file services. Provide users with network technical support.Respond to needs and questions of users concerning their access of network resources.Establish network users, user environments, directories, and security for networks being installed. Install and test software and hardware.
Required Skill / Experience (mandatory)CCNA Certified is mandatory, MCSE Certified is a big plusNetwork: Install and support experience of TCP/IP Base network structure, Router, switch, Firewall, VPN.Hardware: Install/Configure and support experience of Windows PC, Windows Server, Printer, Printer server, LAN, Router, Switch, Hub, Firewall, DNS, ActiveDirectorySystem Administration: HelpDesk/User Support
