National Telephone Sales/Account Coordinator

Location: Broward County area, Florida.  Telecommute four (4) days weekly, work in Coconut Creek office one (1) day weekly.

Qualifications:  At least 2 – 3 years experience in sales environment, including background in sales analysis Must live within the Broward County, FL areaGeneral understanding of retail along with an overall passion for all styles and genres of music Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational abilities  Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, MS Outlook and web based applications. 

 Responsibilities:National Telephone SalesSales of prerecorded compact disc and video products.Account Coordinator Set-up new release input sheets for solicitation meetings and outline key priority releases for independent retail solicitation meetingsTrack various sales forecasts and compile net sales dataReview new release targets with managerParticipate in solicitation meetings and conference calls.  Outline issues & feedback requiring follow-up action Assemble and organize daily updates for bumped titles, title changes, out of book releases, price changes and exception reportsCompile various bi-weekly and monthly sales data Monitor bi-weekly/monthly monitoring of art work; communicate needs/ issues to label management teamWrite up ad authorizations for committed titlesOrganize and sort rebate/B2G1 free advertising recaps/resultsGather and organize account sales chart data for managers/VPsAssist in regional and national marketing efforts Oversee all needs for POP and promotional product mailings Assist in PowerPoint preparations for meetings and presentationsAssist in coordinating quarterly luncheon events/presentations; when applicable work with label artist appearancesCoordinate tour information Assist in managing web based promotions Assist in set-up of trade show eventsUpdate mailing list & contact list
