Merchandiser/Sales Representative, On-Premise

 

This dual position based in the Green Bay Area is responsible for providing merchandising and related services of our portfolio of products to various retail stores as well as selling responsibilities in the on-premise channel. The employee in this position is tasked with assuring that exceptional customer service is maintained. 

 

Primary Job Responsibilities: Completes merchandising & service calls relating to specific liquor and wine brands in our portfolio in assigned retail stores on a daily basis.Includes stocking shelves and coolers, filling floor displays.Putting away the delivery order at retail accounts.Managing back stock inventory of our products. Replaces and maintains branded Point of Sale materials as needed.  Performs assembly for vender case displays and racks.Selling our product portfolio in the on-premise channel.Developing new business in the on-premise channel. Provides continuous, courteous and professional customer service to vendors, store personnel, and store customers. Maintains good working habits and arrives to work on-time. Works independently to meet deadlines and achieve results. Performs other related duties as required.

 

Position Requirements:  Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve results Must have reliable transportation Must have valid driver's licenseMust be at least 21 years oldMust live in the Green Bay Area 1-2 years experience in a retail environment preferred

This position will cover retail outlets selling wine & spirits in the Green Bay, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac and Appleton areas.  This position will spend 40 hours per week doing retail merchandising and selling.

 

Compensation Outline:Hourly wage range of $12.00 per hour plus commission Full Benefits package, including vacation, paid holidays, 401(k) plan
