Industrial Sales Representative

Our Need:
We are searching for an aggressive and polished Industrial Sales Representative to sell these unique products to industrial manufacturing and welding companies in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Responsibilities/Capabilities:
Develop target lists for new business and sales development.
Actively demonstrate company products to the end-user, alone.
Must have set up and sold through distribution.
Understand the Counselor Sales Process including Relating, Discovering, Advocating and Supporting functions.
Must have excellent time and territory management skills working from a home office.
Able to travel cost effectively within the designated geographical sales territory as much as 50% of the time.
Skills
Strong prospecting skills and a 'hunter' mentality.
Must exhibit a passion to succeed attitude.
Proven track record and a minimum of 2 years sales experience selling to industrial manufacturing.
Experience with developing comprehensive Territory Business Plans.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM database management.
Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package including base salary, monthly commissions, health insurance, 401(k) plan, vacation, along with a car allowance, travel expenses and laptop/printer for home office use.
