This is a unique position that combines sales with customer service. Our Client buys heavy construction equipment, heavy trucks and trailers from clients in the U.S. and sells the same equipment to clients in the domestic and international markets. Benefits:Beautiful building located in Down Town Dallas Easy access to Bus and Light Rail If you chose to commute by Bus of Rail, this client will pay for your monthly Dart Pass If you chose to drive, this Client will pay for your parking expenses Business casual dress code Tremendous growth opportunities Career Path: Candidates will begin as a lead generator, making eight to ten calls per hour to vendors in the construction, truck, and trailer industries regarding equipment they have for sale. Work with sales staff in order to gather information that will facilitate the purchase of the equipment. Candidates will remain on Ultimate Staffing payroll at $13.00/hr for approximately 6 months. After 6 Months, candidates are eligible for review to determine their progress and consideration to be converted to permanent at $16.73 per hour. After approximately one year, depending on progress and the company’s need, candidates may qualify for an assistant sales position which will include some travel and a commission, in addition to base pay of $16.73 per hour. We are looking for professional, career minded individuals who are inquisitive and enjoy being on the phone.
