M & M Merchandisers, Inc a 32 year old wholesale distribution company located in Ft. Worth, Texas has immediate opening for administrative assistant to the CEO and COO. The right candidate must be professional, reliable, punctual and self motivated. The position will be responsible for daily sales tracking and operational performance tracking on a daily basis so the individual must have a strong background working in Excel. In addition to the above responsibilities the position will handle all travel arrangements for sales and upper management. Other responsibilities will include helping with organizing trade shows, award banquets, company parties and outings.
