We are also developing management teams to assist with our aggressive expansion plan. Prior wine experience is not necessary, training provided. Compensation Our compensation package clearly rewards dedication and effort. Base plus commissions & bonuses 2007 Average earnings of Wine Broker $91k per year 2007 Highest achiever earned $237k.
