Krasdale Foods, Inc., a leading wholesale food distributor serving the Northeast region, is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide computer support to the company's corporate headquarters employees. Duties will include the installation and management of Windows Operating systems images; install, diagnose and repair PC's andÂ various hardware and software including printers and scanners, perform software and hardware updates and patches; install and configure third party software applications, as well as the setup, installation and troubleshooting of Smartphones, Handhelds, PDA's Broadband cards and Cell phone devices.

The successful candidate will have the ability to interface positively with end users on a daily basis, and be experienced with Virus, Spyware, Adware and Malware monitoring and removal procedures. Knowledge of LAN environments and some networking basics is required. At least three years of related experience is necessary.
