Job Purpose:

Supports customers by providing information and pricing; resolving problems; maintaining quality. Supports sales staff via communication, product sourcing, order follow up.

Duties:

* Supports existing and prospective clients through communication

* Resolves problems by researching order status and communicating results.

* Enters Sales Orders

*Creates Purchase Orders

* Sources products for sales staff via telepone, fax, or The Internet

* Provides Sales Support in all capacities
