Customer Service Representative

AZ PARTMASTER is a fast-paced customer service oriented company that provides wholesale maintenance supplies to the Multi-Housing Industry.  We are a complete maintenance supplier offering supplies for Heating & Air Conditioning, Appliances, Electrical & Lighting, Hardware, Janitorial, Lawn & Garden, Plumbing, small Tools and Pool Equipment and Supplies.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.  The Customer Service Representative will be working in a high volume call atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

·  Take incoming phone orders

·  Data entry

·  Resolve customer issues with one call resolution

·  Will call order processing

Primary Duties:

·  Take customer calls using high quality customer service methodology.

·  Process orders

·  Data entry

·  Integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities such as product launches, promotions and advertising.

·  Communicate, liaise, and negotiate with customer maintaining quality customer relations.

·  Facilitating development of profitable business practice and long lasting relationships.

·  Use customer and prospect contact tools to update information

·  Respond and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods.





 

Requirements: Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun fast paced environment. 

Bilingual a plus. Knowledge in multi-housing maintenance a plus. Knowledge of plumbing,

HVAC, janitorial, and electrical a plus.

 

This position requires strong phone skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and solid complaint resolutions skills. Must have the capacity to work as team player.  Customer Service Rep. must have good customer service skills, and the ability to assist with any Maintenance Professionals concerns.
