Customer Service Agent

The Customer Service Representatives (CSR) manages all aspects Customer Service Service associated with sales orders and telephone complaints/concerns by customers.

 

DUTIES:

  Resolve Customer complaints/concerns accurately to ensure Client Satisfaction. Contact and Follow Up with Customers as needed. Maintain Superior Time Management skills, adhering to department quotas. Follow up with Customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems. Look for ways to implement improvements in the level of service offered. Represent TNG in a professional manner that displays quality and expertise. Pro-active results and follow-through on all quality concerns using our Ms. Rid database. Develop solutions through Ms. Rid, as well as ensure communication with Customer Service Manager and Team Leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three-months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. License in the beauty industry is a requirement.
