Customer Service
Johnstone Supply Inc's Corporate Office has an immediate opening for an experienced customer service /admin pro. This position will provide technical phone support to our members as well generate various strategic reports for the marketing management team.The ideal candidate will have an AA degree from a two year college and at least 3 years of solid technical customer service and admin experience; high level proficiency of Excel is required; previous experience with using Access, NxTrend and InFor are preferred.  Additional requirements include steady, upbeat demeanor at all times; an ability to demonstrate initiative; be a self –starter and have the ability to navigate complex electronic systems; and the dedication to producing timely, accurate work with moderate supervision.
Johnstone provides corporate support for over 300 HVACR stores across the U.S. Our Customer Service department provides technical phone support for store orders, shipping, personnel and other relevant areas and compiles information from multiple electronic databases. This department is also responsible for generating a number of monthly strategic reports, using data gathered from various electronic sources such as NxTrend and InFor.
