Job Description:

The position available is for a full time Customer Care Associate in a call center setting.

Primary responsibilities and required traits are:

 Answer customer phone calls, process customer orders and resolve customer concerns that may occurAptitude to learn about tea and our servicesAbility to sell and upsellSelf motivator willing to support fellow team membersMaintain customer satisfaction Communicate effectively via phone and electronic mail.Perform with good judgment and the ability to work independentlyPosses the desire to gain and maintain knowledge of products/servicesWorking knowledge of MS Office applications

 

Objective: Provide a pleasant customer care experience by providing educated answers and resolutions.

 

Education:

High School degree, college degree preferred. 

Experience:Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience.
