Credit and Collections Manager

Regency Lighting has an immediate opening for a CREDIT & COLLECTIONS MANAGER?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage AR, cash application and reconciliation teams



manage cash collection calls



Improve AR processes for increased efficiencies



Provide weekly, monthly & quarterly collection summary reports to the Director of Finance



Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer credit lines and limits



Effective interface with sales force and customer service department



Direct a staff of 12 including 1 AR Supervisor





Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred



7-10 years experience in high volume credit and collections environment, preferably in distribution



Min. 5+ years management experience



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



High level of proficiency in MS Excel



Proven organization and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
