About the Opportunity: This person will be responsible for contacting and monitoring each account/portfolio assigned and: Document every action taken on an account in the designated online system. Ensure maximization of collection dollars from customers in accordance with the respective contract, financial arrangement and/or Prompt Pay Policy. Work with customers to negotiate appropriate payment arrangements. Help secure financial information as required. Maintain all customer agings in compliance with credit hold policies. Work with sales and operations to ensure timely collections and order release. Keep customers DSO in line with company standards. Prepare Closed Files: all files must be closed in accordance with department policies and procedures.Identify accounts for write-off to bad debt in accordance with Bad Debt Policy and refer to the Manager, Credit for items outside of their authority. Perform routine audits of accounts and refer to Research Specialist as appropriate. Identify accounts to be placed for collection based on CFS policy and refer to Manager, Credits for final review.

Position Requirements: Experience with Microsoft Office.  A minimum of two years of related international commercial collections experience in a distribution company environment.   CBA, CBF a plus, not required
