The Hubert Company is located in Harrison Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati.  We are the leader in providing merchandising solutions and support products to the food industry.  Our customers include Supermarkets, Restaurants, Hotels and Food Service Operations.  Our success has been built on exceptional service and quality human resources. We utilize an integrated marketing approach including account management, telesales, direct marketing and e-commerce. This success has led to growth and a need to strengthen our Call Center.

 

The Call Center provides primarily inbound and outbound services. We are currently looking for both Outbound Sales Representatives. Outbound Sales Representative

 

Full Time, Hours are Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm.

 

The Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for:

 

- Making outbound calling to existing customer sites

- Making phone presentations of products to customers

- Generating sales orders through suggestive selling

- Establishing and cultivating customer relationships

- Meeting dialing goals

- Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements include:

 

- Excellent telephone manner

- Detail oriented

- HS Diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years sales experience

- Keyboarding skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent time management and analytical skills necessary

- Knowledge of Windows and Internet

 

Desirables include:

 

- 2 Year college education

- Consultative sales attitude

- Ability to handle varied work pace

- Ability to interface with all departments

 

Positions offers an hourly wage plus incentive pay structure. In addition, we have an excellent benefit package including 401(k), Medical/Dental Insurance plus more.
