Job Description:
Manage all financial records
Process payroll
Conduct banking functions
Prepare invoices
Assist with A/P and collections
Maintain personnel files
Provide administrative support
Qualifications:
MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Excellent communication, organizational and mathematical skills
Attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy
College degree required, master’s preferred
3+ years experience REQUIRED
Able to work 12pm – 8pm
