Help our client be a leader in the industry by acting as the Bilingual Procurement Specialist who maintains customer relationships; understands products and services; understands and researches inquiries; assembles and communicates information; verifying customer's understanding of information; records customer inquiries; working with vendors in other countries; translating for vendors/employees.

Qualifications

Candidates must speak/write Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Makes effective use of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports for management.

Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations.

Experience communicating regular status to clients, superiors, and peers.

Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.

Understands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and implements pragmatic solutions.

Is responsive and empathetic to customer needs.

Manages processes to monitor and to maximize performance.

Has effective organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized.

Can explain product features and benefits. Is familiar with competitors' products.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
