Accounts Receivable Assistant

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to support our team at our Piscataway, NJ location.

Major Responsibilities:

v  Application & researching of customer payments.

v  Research /Resolve customer disputes.

v  Creating and validating Credit memos

v  Assist with the collection of open items.

v  Reconciliations.

v  Perform any other duties required by manager to ensure an effective company operation.

v  Credit Investigations

 

Minimum Requirements:

v  At least 3 years of related experience required. 

v  Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel a must with Navision experience a plus.

v  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

v  The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic and professional, team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and be able to adhere to strict deadlines.

v  Minimum of High School Diploma, 2 year degree preferred

v  Strong organizational skills
