ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT-INTERNATIONAL

Provide Administrative support to two Vice Presidents of a prestigious International Trading Firm. Responsibilities include drafting of correspondence and reports, contacting overseas vendors, tracking shipments and reconciling invoices.

Qualified candidates will have 1 to 2 years business experience, proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and excellent communication and organizational skills.  A college degree is preferred but not required.
