Account Executive (AE) Responsibilities and Qualifications:
We are seeking a qualified salesperson for the West Virginia territory to call on existing and new retailers. In this position, you will be responsible for: Servicing and increasing the sales in the existing account base in your designated territory. Developing and opening new, quality accounts within your designated territory. We have an outstanding sales lead program that helps direct you into the stores that have inquired about our products. Some overnight travel may be required along with daily travel throughout the territory. This is not an office job as you are expected to be in the field generating sales on a daily basis.
You must be energetic, highly motivated, organized, dedicated to excellence and work well independently. Previous business-to-business sales experience is a plus, however, not a requirement as your most important attribute must be a strong work ethic.
You also must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft products, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
The Encore Group, Inc., salespeople are full-time company employees and earn a base salary, commissions, annual bonus opportunities and receive a monthly travel and expense allowance plus per diems for overnight trips.
