Treasurer Operations Manager

We are seaking a Treasury Operations Manager for our Corporate Location

 

This hands-on position offers the qualified candidate breadth in scope and a challenging work environment.

 

Supervise Treasury administrator in daily liquidity activity for North America bank accounts (US, CA, PR)

Responsible for management of cash investment portfolio and compliance with policy

Primary security administrator for banking access across multiple systems

Coordinate and manage Letters of Credit with Administrative Agent

Coordinate and administer debt financing through syndicated credit facility (daily and monthly liquidity)

Major focus on process enhancements, policies, procedures and separation of duties

Develop stronger tracking and forecasting of cash, debt and interest.

Monitor and analyze banking fees and transaction costs of Treasury activities; reconcile fees to contracts

Drive consolidation and integration of acquisition banking activity in North America

Support all inquiries and testing necessary for SOX compliance and external audit requirements

Requirements

4-6 yrs Treasury experience; preference for banking and cash management experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional organizational skills required.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting is required as well as CTP and/or MBA

Advanced Excel capabilities

Peoplesoft experience preferred

Strong understanding and practice of internal controls; highest ethical standards and ability to manage confidential information

Ability to manage projects and processes to meet specific deadlines

Positive and pro-active contributor to organization; ability to interact effectively across functions and within broader finance organization

Individual must be results and team orientated with the ability to assume greater responsibility with growth of company.
