Senior Staff Accountan The Southeast Region of Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking to hire a Senior Staff Accountant to work in their Burlington, MA offices. The qualified applicant will have dual reporting to the Southeast Region Landfill and Transfer Controllers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, cash receipts journal entries, bank reconciliations, month-end closings which include journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and preparation and analysis of various reporting requirements. Qualified candidates must be detail oriented and possess the ability to work independently within time requirements. A BA/BS in Accounting, plus three to five years of accounting experience is required for this position.
