Heritage Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a qualified candidate for a Part-Time Human Resources Administrator (20 hrs. wk).  We are located at 7901 W. Morris Street, Indianapolis, IN 46231. Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Payroll entry for corporate positions and outside locations.PeopleSoft Data Entry - New Hire Paperwork, change of status, termination, etc.Update and maintain personnel filing system.Complete employment verificationsNotify managers when they have not completed the necessary HR paperwork.Notify employees with necessary paperwork needed to complete.Answering employee/manager questions in regards to company policies and procedures (vacation, personal time, general benefits and policies)Conducts audit of personnel filesHP Data Entry - DriversSort, distribute interdepartmental and US mail.May issue Purchase orders through PeopleSoft.Responds to all internal and external correspondence pertaining to HR issues.Responsible for IVIS Plus System/making ID badges for employees.Respondible for sending out Employee Handbooks to new employees.Assists with departmental projectsPerforms other duties as assigned.Education:  High School Diploma or it's equivalent.Experience: One year office setting experience required.Knowledge and Abilities: Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office programs.  PeopleSoft Knowledge helpful.  Good organizational skills.  Ability to communicate with external and internal customers in professional and confidential manner.
