Outside Sales Representative - Miami FL

SUMMARY - This position generates revenue by utilizing consultative and solution based selling methods in the sale of Company services to moderately large and/or more complex accounts which typically generate $250+ in monthly revenue.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Establish and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.  Communicate and work with Sales Manager to resolve unique customer issues/concerns.  Effective develop - manage and maintain list of qualified prospects and/or more complex targeted accounts; increase existing account revenues by assigned goals Meet or exceed call activity goals for new salesDemonstrate expertise in waste evaluation skills Understand and effectively communicate and maintain pricing and service strategiesDevelop creative and cost effective solutions for complex customer needs - while maintaining profit margin objectivesIncreased understanding of appropriate local, state and federal regulations with the ability to advise customer on impact of regulation to their business.Generate small account leads for Inside Sales Reps to pro actively solicit via telephone call.

EXPERIENCE - EDUCATION - KNOWLEDGE - SKILLS High school diploma required.  Four year Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum two years successful experience at outside sales level or three years of equivalent sales experienceMost possess extensive industry knowledge.Demonstrated ability to successfully market accounts - including ability to negotiate with multiple decision makersDemonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems - and recommend cost effective solutionsMust possess excellent presentation and communication skills  Must be proficient in Microsoft - Word - Excel - Power Point
