Inside Sales/Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

A Sales Coordinator is responsible for a variety of branch operational functions, including taking inside customer calls, determining equipment availability, qualifying customer needs, taking orders, coordinating equipment delivery, and helping field sales representatives with their clients.  In this position, your primary objective will be to pro actively increase equipment sales, service, rentals and parts.  Advising the Branch Manager of customer needs and providing quality customer service in order to increase branch profitability.

 

Requirements:

This position requires some previous experience in both sales and customer service, a Bachelors degree is preferred.  All candidates will need to be able to lift equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.  You must also be PC proficient, particularly with all Microsoft applications.
