Compliance Manager

 

General Duties and Responsibilities:

 Ensure that the facility complies with applicable regulatory approval/permits, local, state and/or federal regulations and laws as well as company policy and procedures.Prepare and submit all required reports to regulatory agencies.Ensure that all deadlines on the Compliance Calendar are metRenew all Federal, State and local permits as required.Properly maintain all regulatory records/documentsComplete all necessary inspectionsInvestigate and respond to all Environmental ComplaintsComplete all necessary audits for third party customers.

 

 

The successful candidate should have a minimum of five to seven years experience in an environmental compliance capacity preferably in the manufacturing sector. A college degree is required preferably in a science related field. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills are a must. You should also be familiar with computer applications.
