Customer Service Representative Casella Waste Systems Inc. is currently seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative to work at their Auburn, MA facility. The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in a call center environment, a professional phone manner, excellent data entry, computer, organizational, and analytical skills. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls for existing and prospective customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working as part of a team.
