This is a high-profile role with a rapidly growing company, using Agile Methodology and a fast iterative approach. They are assembling a cutting edge development team to work in a Google-influenced environment, including: - Company-Sponsored Outings, theme parties and events - A fully stocked complementary break room - Excellent Benefits - 30" Flat Screen Monitors for everyone - Rapid Deployment / Team Based Programming You will be working with cutting edge Web 2.0 technologies, including mashups, APIs, social networking (Facebook) application development, AJAX and Search / Web Crawling technologies. Requirements: • BS Computer Science or equivalent • 8+ years software development experience in Java or equivalent • Experience with J2EE Frameworks • Knowledge of SOA, AJAX, Google Maps API, memcache • Knowledge of Tomcat and Resin • XML • Experience with MySQL • Ability to write fast code for extremely high-traffic applications, knowledge of runtime complexity issues. • Enthusiasm for solving difficult problems. • Passion for and experience developing great web products end-to-end. • Organized, self-motivated and detail oriented • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Previous experience in small to midsized organization (preferred) About Hudson Hudson delivers specialized professional recruitment, contract staffing, outsourced and project solutions worldwide.
