Maximize operational performance for the hub by adjusting to changes in operational conditions and pro- actively solving problems. Supervise, direct and monitor ramp personnel in the completion of their duties and make adjustments, as necessary, to ensure on-time performance and quality customer service. Evaluate rap personnel and provide necessary counseling, training and implement disciplinary action. Apply overtime and budgetary control to meet department goals. Develop, complete and maintain various statistical reports. Assume other duties as required by the station and department leadership. Valid US Driver's License; undergraduate degree or equilavalent work experience or training. Minimum of two years of supervisory/leadership experience. Extensive knowledge of Airline/Airport operations required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with all level of employees and customers. Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
