Technical Services Administrator

The administrator will work closely with management to ensure maximum efficiency of internal processes to ensure month end deadlines and daily processing needs are met.  

 

Essential Job Functions:

  Data Entry and Filing of A/C Log Entries, Form FW 86-008 and update as required.  Keep appropriate stock levels for all forms. Establish and maintain filing system in electronic and hardcopy format. Prepare month end and labor reports for review and approval.    Correlate hourly labor data reports into billable data entry points for month end shop order processing into Total FBO. Prepare, analyze, and verify shop orders for review and approval.  Purchase Order Processing of Parts into Total FBO. Process invoices for payment in Total FBO. Receive the parts in TFBO. Enter company maintenance activity into computer accounting system. Properly store aircraft maintenance records and associated documentation. General tasks as assigned.

 Qualifications: High School Education or equivalent. Microsoft Office Suite Experience Typing Skills (50 wpm) Good customer service skills. Accounting experience helpful. Ability to multi-task. Provide creative solutions. Aviation experience preferred; not required.
