Safety and Training Supervisor
Durham School Services, a nationwide leader in student transportation is seeking a professional individual to work at its Hickman Mills location. This position is responsible for the selection and training of qualified School Bus Drivers.
· 5+ years work experience with 3 years in school transportation industry preferred
· Innovative classroom training skills, knowledge of adult training techniques
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong organization and group presentation skills
· Proven leadership skills
· High School diploma or equivalent, some college, including education/training courses preferred
