Our Vacation Store provides unique and powerful technology solutions for branded and non-branded vacation sales, marketing and fulfillment. Our development environment has a laid back feeling, with casual dress throughout the week. Schedules are flexible within reason. Our campus is located in a great North Phoenix location, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and other amenities.  We believe that the most productive developers have the full backing of the company. We ensure that our developers have modern workstations and provide laptops with docking station and flat-panel widescreen displays. The open position focuses on maintaining web applications that interact with complex databases and implement precise business logic. Ability to design and code intermediate to complex project tasks is required. Even the most experienced developers in this position will have the opportunity to expand and improve their skill sets in many advanced areas of knowledge.  Candidates must have great communication skills. Candidates with experience in the travel industry will be given preference. Candidates must be able to work independently, or as part of a team, with little direction. Must have excellent work ethic and attitude, and be able to complete projects under strict deadlines.  The compensation for this position is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and other qualifications. Experience with Ruby on Rails, and MySql are required. Experience with .NET, or Java is a plus. We will only consider local candidates.
