Project Manager - Pharma Meetings
Maritz Travel plans business meetings and incentive trips for our Fortune 500 clients. We currently have a great opportunity for a Project Manager who will plan various types of meetings for pharmaceutical clients.
The Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between the client and account manager for assigned travel programs to communicate program details from pre-sale development and costing through after-the-sale program administration. Programs include sales meetings, drug launches, medical meetings, incentives, etc.
We seek an individual with pre- and post-sale travel project knowledge and destination knowledge. Hotel, hospitality, meeting planning or program operations experience preferred. Our ideal candidate is a relationship builder with strong financial management abilities and excellent presentation skills. A college degree is preferred.
The Project Manager position requires travel. All applicants should be willing and able to travel up to 30% by airplane, boat, rail and/or car.
