As a key leader at WTH... The Director of Partner Brand Marketing leads the WTH Partner Brand Management team’s effort to manage and grow WTH third party partner brands. In this highly visible role, you’ll influence the overall partner brand strategy to maximize the profitability of our partner brands. The successful candidate for this position will leverage his/her relationship talents, analytical skills, and on-line marketing knowledge to drive business to our partner brands. This job has five main areas of responsibility in order of importance: Relationship Management * Ability to interact with all levels of partner organizations from individual contributors to Sr. Executives *Demonstrated success with all aspects of partnerships (from negotiation through execution and on-going partner management) geared toward customer acquisition. General Management * P&L Management experience nice to have * Prior team management a necessity Project Management * Strong matrix management skills * Strong attention to detail, organization Marketing * Some marketing experience necessary * Strong familiarity with online marketing / ecommerce * Understand brands and different brand value propositions Negotiations * Some experience in sales, business development and/or negotiations * Need the ability to interface with both external business and legal teams Job Requirements: What we need you to bring... * Proactive leadership. * Proven analytical ability.
