Part-Time Customer Serive Represenative

Schedule: Sunday thru Thursday. Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday from 7:00 a.m. to Noon and Wednesday and Thursday from 7 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with flexibility for occasional shift fill-in for vacations. Job Description: Exciting customer service/front desk position catering to high profile clients in the aviation industry. Job duties include: answering multi-line phone with numerous extensions; obtaining area hotel accommodations; performing on-site car rentals and reservations; daily accounting of sales; up-selling services and fuel; perform daily tracking reports of aircraft, fuel and services; meet, greet and provide friendly customer service; maintain consistently fresh coffee for customers and staff; build and maintain customer relationships via phone, email and personal contacts. Qualifications: Professional appearance with friendly, accommodating, flexible and eager-to-please attitude; impeccable follow through with the ability to multi-task and problem solve; Unsurpassed communication skills; excellent phone etiquette and listening skills needed; excellent attendance and punctuality; and prior customer experience required.
