National Account Executive

Responsibilities: The individual selected for this position will be responsible for prospecting, evaluating, and developing new global business opportunities to meet established revenue and profit goals. Developing vertical growth within existing customer operations and monitoring quality of service are also critical functions of this role. In addition, the National Account Executive will collaborate with our analytical and engineering teams to develop pricing and routing models. This position is responsible for facilitating the entire sales process from data collection to closing. Successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Marketing or Supply Chain/Logistics and a minimum of 6 years' third party logistics/dedicated contract sales experience. The ability to identify strategic opportunities, develop key relationships, and understand financial impact and cost factors are all required. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of third party logistics, as well as balance sheets and ROI impact of logistics solutions. As a leader, you will need to exhibit strong communication and leadership skills. Because you will be joining a growing organization, the ability to lead and facilitate change is also required. A self-starter, who assesses and responds to his/her customer needs will enjoy the latitude "to make a difference." Business travel of 50% is required.
